Subj: Mercy 20/20 Update
Hi All – thank you for your participation thus far with posting ideas, submitting nominations, and providing constructive feedback. In living our values, we want to ensure the process is inclusive, transparent, and user friendly. Along the way, we will learn and improve as we develop our platform for institutional effectiveness. Here are key update items:
1. We continue to streamline the on-line sign up process. Thank you for your feedback on ways to make things more clear and easy to follow.
- Go to www.Mercy2020.com to see the public face of our initiative.
- At the website address – click on Sign Up Tutorial in order to walk through the process for gaining access online. (Especially helpful is the video tutorial on getting started.)
- Once you have completed the sign up process, you will be able to complete the next item below.
2. Click on the Workspace link at www.Mercy2020.com to upload your Table Discussion from the Assembly: a. Purpose and Outcomes, and b. Who needs to be involved? The due date is September 14 to allow time for getting everyone signed up. If you have problems with getting signed up, please email your table’s discussion to Andrew Rinaldi at Andrew@thecadygroup.com.
Note: If you receive a message that your browser’s “cookies functionality” is turned off (who thinks of these names?!), you can turn it on by doing the following:
a. Go to Toolsb. Click Internet Options
c. Click Privacy Tab
d. Click Advanced
e. Place a checkmark in the box Override auto cookie handling
f. Click OK
g. Click OK again
If there are still issues, Dr. Cady can address them at College Assembly on September 13.
3. Check out Mercy 20/20 Blog located at www.Mercy2020.com. The blog begins with the Assembly and has a nice overview, slideshow, and video. You will also find Twitter, a Facebook group, and more. Check these things out at your leisure.
4. At our next Assembly (September 13), Steve Cady will review progress and make sure that you all are up-to-date on the next steps. His team will also be attending to help anyone get the most from the collaborative on-line tools we are using.
Again, thank you to those of you who have joined the workspace and posted your comments. Change is about learning and learning is something we are good at doing. I truly appreciate your participation as we take our college to the next level.
